Other minds
I was at a party. It wasn't a dream, but it felt dreamy. The dip was decent. I was about ready to try the party next door when I caught a glimpse of Jorgen Leth talking with a guy who looked like Curtis Hanson but wasn't. There are a surprising number of those guys in the business. Anyway, I had to introduce myself. I got to talking to him about the philosophical problem of other minds. We had read some of the same authors on the subject. At times, I had to pretend I understood his argument. Pleasantly, our conversation moved to firmer ground, so to speak: real estate in Port-Au-Prince. It's wide open. Jorgen has a slash through the "o" but I don't have that key on the laptop. I wonder if he has that problem too.
